Is the SIM chip already inside the new phone?
 
I have not yet open up my TP2. I just got it from a ebay seller.

I notice at the back of the user manual, the SIM chip is missing.

Is it already inside the TP2 phone?

I just want to know before I open everything up.

If you bought it from eBay, I'd open it up and check. It only takes a few seconds

verizon has one and the sim card provider is vodafone!!
