i would like to just have the answer or ignore buttons when answering a call. they only show up in landscape mode. the slider bar in portrait mode sucks monkey nuts this is portrait mode  and this is landscape mode  i would like the option of just a answer or ignore button not a slider. and I do not like the winmo version

I am away from my desk but I know I had a link saved for the registry change. There was one of the tweek programs that also had the option but that tweek prog wasn't working right with the Verizon tp2 so I stopped using it. Your basically disabling the 'gui' that htc puts on there. Then you get the old school one. Sorry I can't remember now but if you search you will find

How does the slider suck? The slider prevents you from answering calls in your pocket...
