EVDO coverage on Forced Roam?
I was able to get EVDO on forced roaming in West Texas but now I cannot. I changed from a touch pro to a TP2. I installed the cabs from the sprint cleanup but i am wondering if it a problem with the cab or if there was something in the PRL update that killed evdo roaming. Has anyone gone from home 1xrtt to forced roaming on evdo?
If so how? I have 60655 prl, rom version 1.21.651.3, pri version 1.42.003.

when i change from roaming only (getting 1xrtt), it goes to evdo for the time between going back to sprint coverage. I tested speed and got over 1000 kbps. When it got to sprint i test again and got 34kbps.
how do i keep it on evdo when roaming. Does the PRL have something to do with it. Larry

Verizon does not allow non-verizon customers to roam EDVO on their network, only 1x. Sometimes it will hit on EDVO for a few moments then will drop to 1x
