Is there a fix for hitting the wrong contact and not starting allover again?

When you are looking for a contact and accidentally press the screen too hard the TP2 will open to the wrong person. When you hit the back soft key the TP2 returns you to the beginning of the contact list. Is there a fix out there that will return you to the section of the alphabet where you were previously?

Sorry bro, I'm afraid we're stuck with that. I wondered it too, but it's no big deal. If you have last names of your contacts, just hit the letter of it. Quickest way for me.
