Scrolling speed

It there a way to slow down the scrolling speed when swiping the touch screen up or down? It scrolls way to fast making it hard to get to a specific post on a forum.

It's much easier to browse full websites with an iPhone because the screen scrolling is perfect and the touch screen is incredibly responsive.

It would be nice if we can make the TP2 a bit more responsive/accurate to hand gestures.
