I don't know that I believe it is really Li-Pol. One side is labeled Li-Ion while the other side Li-Ion Polymer.

Could it simply be another cheap Chinese Li-Ion battery mis-labeled?

I too, await feedback. At ~$10, I might just buy one and see...
