Changing the start up movie is much more difficult than a simple cab.

Tsowen is the man around here concerning taskbars, possibly he'll way in on how to put that as your start icon.

Actually it's not that difficult at all, but the animation file needs to be converted to a .gif image. Then all you have to do is replace the startup .gif in the Windows directory. Unfortunately I'm at work and can't play around with this until later tonight.
