TF3d Start Menu: Huge "Start"

There are different ways you can set this stuff up. I set my start menu to the old way



Then, when I click start/programs I get this screen:



I also have another TF3D tab called My Applications:

how many applications can you add to the "my applications" tab and is it possible to add more (like the start menu you can add up to 64 via a cab)
