Slow Voice command

Has anyone else had any trouble with their BT headset and Voice command being slow to respond? When I use VC by pressing the call button on the phone it responds perfectly when I use the headset it is much slower and the phone takes 6 seconds to begin to dial.
im running the stock sprint rom and a Plan Pro BT headset

Re: Slow Voice command

Yes...known issue with the TP2 and the Bluetooth Broadcomm stack...Search, and you can read about it

I will say that in my latest reply from HTC they said that "they were working on a fix for VoiceCommand, based on SPRINTS request"...but nothing planned with the hangup issue...hopefully this issue will be fixed anyway...

Re: Slow Voice command

I'm having this issue too.

Is this resolved with any of the Custom ROMs. That alone might be worth trying a custom ROM for.

Re: Slow Voice command

Well known issue...widely discussed through this forum if you search on it. And no there is no known fix in any custom ROM to date. There are several work arounds e.g. automatically disconnecting your data connection whilst on a phone call. Again, search and ye shall find

Re: Slow Voice command

I can deal with the few seconds to connect but the no hang up sucks. I like the fact that when I am driving I don't even need to pick up my phone to make calls but now i need to just to end them. WTF.......
