Sprint lowering price

Is there any truth to what I herd , that will sprint will be lowering the price of the TP2 on OCT 1st to compete with Verizon who is now on back order because they are sold out

yea my upgrade eligibility is the 1st so that kinda works out nice for me.

Anyone within the 30 day grace period is automatically entitled to a refund/price match in the event of a price drop. No reason to wait. Get started on your hunt for a TP2 without dead pixels now!

where is this information coming from? I called and was fairly rudely told that no price match was here or coming.

it started by one person saying that it will be lowered, but there is no proof... sprint has always given discounts to sign new contracts... i got several phones for free in years past, so getting a phone for 200 is nothing. i'll believe the price drop when it happens or there's concrete proof.
