Active sync deconnect by itself

Hi !

While syncing my audio files, ActiveSync stops suddenly and icon becomes grey.

The cable connection continue working since the phone is still getting charging

Any already known solution for that ?

I search first by myself, added some exception to my firewall, but i'm sure it's not from firewall ?
