screen lock and incoming calls.

My company enforces via. exchange a screen lock if the phone is unused for 30min or more. Typically this means that my phone is locked when an incoming call happens.

When the call comes in the only options I see is to answer or ignore the call. After ignoring it I get sent to the lock screen and cannot set it to speaker or anything until I unlock the phone.

I find it very difficult to talk on the phone, and unlock it at the same time to access things on the phone. Anyone have a better way to do this? Is there a way to have the incoming call screen not take the entire screen and allow me to unlock it prior to answering?

Any suggestions?

thanks,
dave

Re: screen lock and incoming calls.

I had a similar problem with a company I used to worked with. Becuase of their high security settings it was hard to use the phone. A work around a friend did for me was an app that trick the phone it's being used so it wont lock. At the end it drain my battery so I finally just told our exchage admin to chill out and take that setting off. Hopefully someone will come by with a real solution.
