manual remove BG for all pages WVGA

im having trouble removeing BG for all pages. i go to remove it, i get this
BG for all pages was not completely removed.
how do i manual remove this CAB??

A good trick for this type of a problem, is to re-install (yes, re-install) the app. then to uninstall it. Sometimes, the uninstalls of some programs get messed up. This has worked for me many, many times.
