How good is the GPS response you ask...this good!

Here is a screen shot of iGo8 running on my Toronto to Edmonton flight earlier today...window seat of course, but still, check the out the full Gps signal and the speed!

Ive never had a problem with iGO8. I have tried Tom Tom before but didnt like it too much, just my preference.

responsive doesn't equal quality...i get full gps signal in my house yet when i take it for a drive...it lags...igo8 is a great product i have been playing with it for a couple of days but this phone cannot hold a candle to my mogul when it comes to gps accuracy...

I agree this GPS is still laggy, though not as bad as the TP1. My TP1 would generally lag behind by about three seconds, driving at 45-50mph. The TP2 lags by about a full second.

More importantly though is that the TP2's GPS locks MUCH more quickly. I usually have 7 or more locks in less than 10 seconds. The TP1 took 30-60 seconds.

I never had a problem with my TP1 and TomTom6. Now, I lag far behind.
