Sending picture messages, friend with TouchPro can't see them

I tried to send two pics to my friend who has a TouchPro with Mighty Rom 6.5, and the pic size sending from my TP2w was 674K. She tried to open it and it said the pics exceeded the receiving limit. I know before when I had my TP1 it would ask me to compress anything over 500K, but it looks like the sending limit on the TP2 is 1000K. Anyone know how I can either send the pics smaller? Thanks.

thats your problem right there...using an inferior rom with minimal settings...the receive size should be set to unlimited on her tp...she will have to change that setting in order for it to go through.
