Bluetooth Problem "not disengaging the Call" and others

I know my Bluetooth (BT) Headset (HS) is working with no problem. I tried it on my old mogul and my old Apache and its works with no problem JawBone (JB) Prime and JB 2. Both of this two HS will not disengage a call when used with TP2. i have tried looking through all the setting regarding BT and i don't see anything that will be causing the problem. I paired it with both the other two phone and they work with no problem (tested by dialing *2 from the phones). Every time I'm on the phone and it time to hang up i press the hang up button and i get the tone from the BT HS, but the call never disengaged. I have been using JB HS since JB1 upgraded to JB2 and now upgraded to JB Prime. I still own JB2 and JB Prime (JB one has been handed down to wife) and they both do the same thing. on the other two phones they work like they are suppose to. any idea's. Anything will help. This is very dangerus for me as I'm on the road a lot and i don't want to be on a very important call or with a VIP and say something Stupid while I'm instill on the call. HELP HELP.

Other thing that happen is that when i turn on my BT HS in the morning the BT HS is always set to low volume (something that doesn't happen on the Mogul or Apache They both have stock roms).

Is any one else having this problem. your comment would be Greatly appreciated.
