Mark as Read

Is there any way to tell TF3D to mark a message as read after I view it on the main (preview) screen? It appears the only way to remove the "new message" warning is to open each message individually. I looked in the registry and couldn't find an option for 'mark as read'.

Thanks for helping me learn how to use this phone!

Re: Mark as Read

I've been looking for this too. Especially with text messages, but emails just as much too. If I get 5 texts from someone and I only respond to the last, it still shows 4 new texts. Kind of annoying.

Re: Mark as Read

I had this problem on my Treo Pro but not on my Diamond. I am experiencing it on my TP2 now. What I did on my Treo Pro was install the PalmOS SMS app that was ported to WM. I don't know if that would play nicely with TouchFlo but it did fix the problem for the Treo Pro. I agree though, this problem is VERY annoying and I thought they would have fixed it already. It's almost to the point that I may return the phone if it can't be fixed.

i do not believe this is a 'bug'. it is by design. my guess is the htc tf3d developers never considered linking their preview screen directly to the WM Inbox. the developers themselves are probably not users of the phone.

based on my experience, this would be considered an 'enhancement request' and not a 'bug fix'.
