TP2 Add Cities not in the list Other Phn tweaks not working

Anyone having any luck adding cities to the weather portion of touch flow 3d? I've tried the database editor, and all the other tricks from the TP, Touch Diamond and Touch and no luck yet.

i had no problems, but it did take quite a while for the city listing to load. cab below.

Not sure what was wrong but I whipped it out and re-downloaded and rand this cab and it looks good thanks!

Just wondering but can this cab be used on the orig TP??
