Re: Insurance Replacement
NO! its Sprint Premier customers...has nothing to do with insurance... all u need is a rate plan higher than 69.99 i believe and not had your serrvice disconnected in the last 3 months and theyll sign u up... you have to do it on the phone though....
then after 12 months, your automatically eligible for Full Upgrade/New customer promotion pricing(upto $150, plus any mail in rebates)... if u dont have insurance, i strongly suggest getting it anyways....

Re: Insurance Replacement
Insurance is not an upgrade promotion...If you have a Touch Pro and break it, you'll get a refurb Touch Pro. (At least for another year or two)
I'm a Sprint Premier customer and my primary line gets upgrade eligibility once a year! Yea for me!

Re: Insurance Replacement
If enough crap goes wrong with your TP1 then it's possible they will push you into the TP2, probably not till after xmas though. I'm not saying you should go chuck your TP1 at the pavement, but if you have had a lot of real problems and put up a little fight, they'll give you the latest device to keep you happy. This has happened to me twice with verizon/asurion.
