Touchpro2 Radio vs. Touch pro

I received my pro2 yesterday. We have horrible sprint coverage in our community. I decided to check the radio strength on the phone before I activated it today. I drove around this morning comparing the strength of the phones and found the pro 2 has incredible strength compared to the touch pro. I was going to return it because of the price but now I am reconsidering that thought. thoughts?

noticed the same. my TP2 is sitting right next to my diamond and it has 4 bars while my diamond is flipping between 0 and 1.

There is no question that the TP2 does better than my old mogul. My Mogul gives me very iffy reception in one of my offices, but calls are completely clear on my TP2.
