Sprint Touch Pro 2 memory card problem

Does anyone know how to fix the bug with Sprint Touch Pro 2 memory card reader? It reads the card for a minute to five minutes before it stop reading it. Is there a way to fix this or do i need to take it to the Sprint tech store?

Try backing up the data on the MicroSD card, format the card (use FAT 32 format), put your music back on, and see what happens. What size card are you using? Do you have other MicroSD cards to test as well? If it only happens with the first card, it's the card that's messed up. If it's with all cards, you should probably have the phone looked at.

My 16GB Sandisk microsd just died on me as well. It was installed and being used in my TP2....not sure if the card just crapped itself or if the TP2 had anything to do with it.

I cant backup my card since even my computer does the same thing. I formated the card to FAT 32 and my computer recognized it, but my phone still doesn't. Can we get more people looking at this since my 16gb card doesnt work.

EDIT: If I format the card on my computer and then pop it into my phone, it works fine. You just have to try it a couple of time.
