TP2 questions/concerns (from yours truly)

Hey guys, I'm back!
I've been playing around with my TMOUS TP2 and lets just say I'm nothing short of impressed. Graphics are great, response is amazing, and the screen is almost perfect
But there are a few things I'm concerned about.
1: the LED rarely green when the device is fully charged
2: the battery drains EXTREMELY fast for me. I left my phone in sleep mode with data turned off and it went down from 75 to 6% in around 8 hours.

Any help you guys can offer? I would really like to fix these two problems.
I'm running NRG rom 9/5/09 standard 2.1 thanks!

Update: My battery's been drained again. i had it sit for 1 hour and im down 6%! what the heck -__-

No need to trouble shoot, obviously you have a defective phone. I mean seriously, my phone been off the charger since 6am this morning and I am still at 50% as of right now with average use.

okay so how do i get a new phone @@
edit: What time is it over there? 6 am was 9 hours ago for me... i get down to 50% in that long sometimes.
define your average use for me please xD maybe im using it heavily...

LOL, sorry I am on the east coast so from 6am to about 5pm and even now at after 6pm I am still at 50%. Now as far as usage for the day, I would say about 1.5 hours of phone calls, checking a few emails and maybe 20 or 30 text messages, maybe about 20 minutes of youtube.

okay i totally figured out my problem
apparently after i flashed my rom again i forgot to turn off data connections -___- that drained my battery extremely quick LOL
