Re: How to stop defaulting back ot the home tab

The Telephone Keypad issue was a problem for me at first but I found out an app was causing the keypad to timeout after blackout back to the HTC home screen. Now that's resolved the BIG issue I have with this phone is default back to the HTC Home Screen regardless of what I am doing when the power button is hit or the phone times out off. Massively irritating. I'll try the edits listed but everything I have tried so far has not worked :-/

Thank you! Your workaround works really well.

Where is this setting within the registry? By this I mean, I don't have access to the links provided above.

I don't know the registry off hand, but to do this through the UI, go to Start | Settings | Lock. Then enable the lock but set the time in the dropdown to 0 minutes.

Scotty_Two - My guess is they'll say it is "by design".
