E-mail Tab, Hotmail and Attachments

So I finally got my hotmail to work properly in the ail tab (before it would launch opera and go to mail.live.com) anyways, it seems to be working well so far, except some attachmetns it won't download, comes up with an error saying the file is too large even though it is only 6mb, is this a quick reg fix or something deeper? also are the attachmetns that are downloaded stored on the phone or just put into a temp directory and then deleted? It would seem like they are just temp, but then is there a way to actually save them for keeps?

Can't you hold the stylus down on the attachment until a menu comes up, with a Save choice?

just went a did a couple tests, you can save attachments by holding it down over the file like you said buuuuuuuut it only works on files that have already been downloaded to "temp", so that doesnt resolve the file size issue...

In your options for that accounts, do you have it set to download attachments of any size? Also, what if you go into the email, do you see an option to download all attachments on next connection, perhaps after clicking on another link in the email?
