I have the T-mobile touch pro 2 on the U.S. Network and i did the hack as described: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\HTC\PHONE

Then open the key named: "MaxConferenceSize" and change it to 6;

however it isnt working for me. i still only have regular three way. it doesnt allow me to place more than two calls under conference mode. am i missing something?

Yes, you have to hack into TMo's control system and change THEIR settings lol

I think so. Try calling TMo, maybe they offer something, but I doubt it. However, you could always have someone else in the conference add more people, etc., etc.

I've been on a lot of conference calls in my day and we always use a bridge line. This feature looks cool, but seems a little gimmicky to me.

Didn't work for me.

I changed the registry as mentioned here to 6, but when I try to do conf call now, it says: "a conference call have up to 0 participants", and doesn't let me conf call.
I tried to change that number back to 2, but still I get the same message!
Any ideas?

To perform a hard reset:
1. With the device turned off, press and hold the Talk and End keys first, and then press and hold the Power
button until you see the following message on the screen:
2. Release the Talk key, End key, and Power button.
3. Press the Volume Up button to restore the device to factory default status.
– or –
Press any other front panel key to cancel the hard reset and just power on the device.
