Hows The Manilla Lag?
 

Hows the lag on the official TP2? All of the Rhodium ports are nice, but have a but of lag when accessing Manilla tabs. For example when opening the text messages. I hoope it still doesnt take 5 seconds to open.

Seconded. The Stock ROM on the Telus TP2 is quite astounding. (save the fact it's Wm6.1) Very snappy, very smooth. None of the lag you should all be used to from the last gen.

The ported versions of manila2/2.1 were not designed for use on 640x480 screens, so you'll undoubtedly have some lag or incompatibility there. Don't be fooled by them, this manila is fast.

The telus stock rom makes me thinks the ROM developers in toronto have been lurking around here too.

It's quite exceptional. And when you install the d3d drivers (tweaks thread) it is even smoother.
