No BG4ALL works on the TMobile Theme, none of them at all
 

I've tried them all, so just to let you guys know, don't even attempt, they are uninstallable though. I wish I had the time to look into this, but I'm thinking the BG on their theme isn't a manila file and I hope it has nothing to do with their exe.

WHAT THEY ALL DO:
Gives that "Title" error you see when TF3D becomes unusable, the clock works and such, just stick there though, no tabs to go to. lol, you'll see if you try.

The TP2 Wallpaper acts differently i suppose, and not BG4all cabs work.

EDIT: T-Mobile TP2 has the wrong .NET, seems like it wants t work though. Once again, I'm proven wrong...lol...it woked fine! My TF3d looks awsome now! I'm just trying to get my TF3D2 ready for the VZW version. I have all my manila edits with my custom "V check-mark" edits and darkened black clock I made, now for the release and I'm good!
