Bell Touch Pro2??
I've been scouring the web looking for news about the Touch Pro2. I find lots of info and lots of juicy tidbits all on different carriers like Sprint, Telus, Verizon and T-Mobile... But what about Bell?! That's my carrier (and I'm sure many others use them too) and yet I'm not hearing anything about the TP2. Anybody have any good news for us? I'm starting to feel like we've been left out in the cold...

bell got the diamond 3 months or so after telus got it, same with the Tp1 I believe; so posibly around November Bell might be launching the TP2...

Telus has exclusivity on the TP2 in Canada right now. No news on hold long though...could be weeks...could be months. Sorry for not having a more definitive answer for you.

how the heck did they get exclusivity? I don't see any of that with the three different carriers in the US soon to release the TP2 (maybe 4!)... Or is this just a Palm Pre over here on Bell vs. a TP2 over there on Telus kinda thing?...

i dint think he meant exclusivity like the iphone for example where no other carriers sell it, i think he was just saying that currently theyre the only ones offering it in canada atm.

Bell is normally a bit behind Telus in releasing new devices however I'm afraid they will be even further behind. Bell went with the Palm Pre, I believe over the Touch Pro 2 and that basically sucks big time.

Since Bell and Telus are very close partners I would imagine that you'll see a version pop up in the very near future (under 2-3 months.) Bell and Telus are supposedly merging networks and merging in general over the new few years (nothing official, although they already share the same networks.)
