Telus Touch Pro2 auto lock

I need to start by saying this is such a nice device. seems very well built. looks absolutely amazing. now for my question. when you use the button on the top to put the phone in stand by (turn off the screen and buttons) and then use it again to wake the phone up it auto locks itself. i know on other WM phones this was an option you could turn on and off. i can not find how to turn this feature off. Its not what i am used to and i don't think i like it. any help would be much appreciated.

Indeed. The normal 'lock' option in Settings doesn't change the functionality of this auto-lock. Wierd. I am kinda getting used to it though. Maybe I'll try S2U...

Re: Telus Touch Pro2 auto lock

After i set up my exchange account on the touch pro 2 it forced me to set a lock password (as expected). Since i set up a password it no longer asks me to unlock the device after pressing the power button.

I kind of liked the auto lock to be honest, but don't appear to have a way to enable it again!

Cheers,
Dest
