Please help

Yesterday I received a new phone, activated it, then was not able to get it on my $40 SERO premium plan (a whole diff story). So I switched back to my Touch pro 2. Now my data isn't working.

I called sprint support and they walked me thru a profile update. The problem is I flashed a rhodium build on there and I cannot find the menu to get into the profile update button. I don't quite remember which rom I flashed and cannot find the place to do the update.

Can anyone please help.

you might have to hardreset it/re-provision it

this happens when you activate phone again since sprint loses phone settings

Flash stock ROM, run profile/PRL update then reflash custom ROM. There's also a thread with a link to a cab file that will restore this tool as well.

Also in the Windows directory, you can tap on EPST which will open your advanced settings.
