Touch Pro shows a dot next in network.

I had a touch pro 2 which have a x next to the network, there are no bars at all and the esn of the phone was also changed and shows n/a when i goto setting serial number. I have tried all stock roms nothing worked. If someone has any help for me. Please help

Where did you get the device? You should try to get your money back. If the ESN is blank, or all zero's, you will not be able to activate on a CDMA network.
