Trying to reproduce boot diag splash screen

I got a used TP2 as a backup, and at boot it would display the standard green HTC on white background. Then it would show the phone's diags before loading rather than a second splash screen.

Does anyone know how to get this second boot diag screen to show?

The rom that was on it was the Calkulin's TP2 Stripped 6.1 ROM for Android 1.2.

I would like to be able to reproduce this effect on my daily phone.

I think the image is the same, but it was a nand/rom boot time splash. Your cab looks to be a WM splash. Good splash though not exactly what I am searching for.
