TP2 Flashes with TP1 Rom......Is there a way to fix this?
 

I have a TP2 flashed by a family member, on his first flash, flashed a tp1 rom. is there any help?

Was it a GSM touch pro/fuze rom? Did he/she try to unlock it with the touch pro unlocker? If so you're in trouble. If it was a custom cdma tp rom then there is hope. Try putting it in bootloader and flashing the shipped tp2 rom for your carrier.

i cant get into boot loader. it wont power on, it wont do anything but charge. the pc does recognise the qualcomm communications driver but my computer cant have the driver.

if you only flashed a rom and not a bootloader then you should be ok...lets start with simple..did you try taking out your battery?

Like gTen says take out the battery for a min. Then replace the battery and immediately push and hold the volume down button and while you continue to hold volume down push and hold the power button down and see if the tricolor bootloader appears.
