Spanish-English / English-Spanish translator app?

Is there a cab or does anyone know of a good Spanish application that preferably does not connect to the internet? Even if it's a paid one for my CDMA Sprint TP2 WinMO 6.5.X SharkieROM OS.

I've got a med school rotation next month where I will be in a Spanish speaking clinic and thought I can use something for translating/showing Spanish phrases to my patients. I know there's stuff for Apple iOS where it actually speaks out the phrases. It would be cool if there was something at actually records what they say too hehe... but anything would be great.

I was looking for something more so than a dictionary perhaps because I have one of those in my pocket. If it was a geared to Medical Spanish - that would be even more awesome!

I think I previously used Google Translator for Windows Mobile, but I don't have a clear memory about it. It might be worth trying.

Minor corrections: El español es el segundo idioma de este paÃ*s. "Idioma" is masculine. Nouns of Greek origin that end in -ma, -pa, and -ta are masculine. Examples include:
* el programa/ program
* el mapa/ map
* el poeta/ poet
* el planeta/ planet
* el idioma/ language
* el sistema/ system
* el telegrama/ telegram
* el problema/ problem
* el clima/ climate
* el drama/ drama
* el cometa/ comet
* el diploma/ diploma
* el tema/ theme

Also, I think you should use the word "segundo" instead of "secondario," although I'm not sure. To me, the word "secondario" has the connotation of "high school" or "secondary school." Maybe it's just me.
