Hope that helps...

I am considering going the Dream Phone II route. I have read many positives...are there any negatives?
Thanks teradog for all the hard work!

Re: Dream Phone II, 100% Transparent, Final ROM, How to get 150 MB of RAM

I can't answer that... I'm bias! :>)) Good battery, fast, phone actually works... hmmm So, here's the 123 easy guide:
Do it right now with your current ROM, simply DL IPT, install it, uncheck sense in home (settings), your 1/3 of the way... Want another 25-30MB RAM? then take the next step & run the startmenu remover... etc.. do it a step at a time, each step takes less time than flashing a ROM by far...

Good luck

I did as you suggested and love the RAM usage, lack of "lags" and "stops" as well as simplicity. I am currently on a CHT 2.0 version of NRG. Is anything from CHT running when I uncheck Sense? As soon as NRG updates titanium I am going to go all the way!!!

Thanks teradog for all the hard work!
I was using the Dream Phone set up for about 2 weeks, and for whatever reason decided to flash back to a Cookie 2.0 rom. What a huge mistake. The change in speed an functionality is pretty incredible. The only negatives are some of the bells and whistles go away. Personally the only thing that i miss from Sense is the weather tab. Needless to say; i'll be flashing back to a baseline rom, and following the "Dream phone" steps again. This time my guess is that i will not need to flash again on this phone.....I'm amazed that i still have a TP2, i usually tire out on a phone pretty quick and need something later and greater.

giving this a try here, and the ram savings is crazy, i was running an energy cookie 2.0 rom trying pp=0. i think i'm gonna like this dream phone. i think i'm gonna switch to the titanium rom.

Agreed. I need to play with that. I'm just about to reflash to a titanium rom and return to prominance with IPT. I've managed about 1 week on CHT2.0, and I will not be going back.
