Battery on home screen

I did a hard reset on my phone and installed the app that shows the percentage left. But my battery icon is no longer on the home screen, how do I get it back.

From the Start menu click on Settings then the System tab then Clocks and Alarms then More and make sure show clock on home screen is unchecked.
