Nook Color can't find WiFi Router on Energy Rom.
 

I just got a Nook Color which I plan to root later. However I was hoping to use my TP2 for the NOOK to tether to it. However when I run WiFi Router the Nook never sees my TP2. I can get this to work with my laptop.

I have Energy Rom running and this WiFi Router was already installed. Any suggestions how I can tether the Nook Color to my TP2?

it doesnt support ad hoc... all, i believe its all, Android devices need this mod to see ad hoc.. theres a few wpa_supplicants floating around if this one doesnt work for Nook..

get Root Explorer or Android Mate
goto system/bin>copy wpa_supplicant file for back up
paste attached file into system/bin
restart
youll now see your TP2 on your nook

**the file inside the rar is suppose to have no extension,please leave it that way**

The Nook Color doesn't do ad hoc out of the box as described above, although it doesn't do a lot of things out of the box :P

The how-to is on xda, nook color forum, I'm too lazy to look right now, but look in android development and do a search.

I love my nook color.
