Replacement TP2 not recognizing programs in the memory card

I received a replacement TP2 today and inserted the memory card from my old TP2. The new TP2 does not recognize any of the programs I had downloaded and installed in the memory card like Total Commander, FIOS DVR manager, Trapster, etc. When I search the storage card with the file explorer they are still there.

What can I do to correct this issue?

connect tp2 to pc via usb cable
copy files on sd carrd to pc
reformat card fat32
copy files from pc to card
retry

you have to reinstall the programs.... hopefully you installed them all to your sd card so you should retain most of your data. its just a like a computer, you can't copy program files over to a new hd and expect all the programs to be installed into the system

oooooorrrrrrr....

just goto sd card/program files and tap and hold the launch file and add it to start menu...

most things you install on sd stay installed on the sd card.. you just have to re add it to the start menu or sub folder and itll still run

I tried doing that and when I tapped and held the file I only had the choices of doing the following:
Send via Bluetooth
Cut
Copy
Rename
Delete

How would I add them to the Start menu with only these choices?

Install this cab. It will give you the option to send shortcut to Programs.

Unfortunately your cab file refused to install completely and froze up my TP2. ](*,)
I just did a soft reset to get the phone working again. Thanks anyway.

Here's what you do.
Soft reset.
Then install this cab:
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/attachment...creator1.1.cab

Then soft reset again.
Then open up the link creator and make links to the exe files for your apps that are on your storage card and place them in the Windows/Start Menu/Programs folder.
Also, in File Explorer you can click and hold on a file and a menu will pop up then select copy to copy it or cut to move it then go to the folder you want to put it in and then click and hold and select paste.
