Sound stops working untill soft reset
 

Has anyone had an issue where the sound would just not work? I mean when i try to call someone, it shows that I'm connected, but I hear nothing. no sounds at all key presses earpiece.. nothing, soft reset fixes it for a while.. Could it be something to do with MSVC?

sounds like its a bug in the 6.5.5 builds because i only see posts about this issue by people who run such roms.

Could be many different things. When did it start? Shortly after you loaded up a new app? After you loaded up a new rom? If a SR fixes it, maybe it's an app that starts up after reset that creates an issue causing the problem. It's gonna be trial and error to determine what caused it. I'm personally running a 6.5.5 ROM and never had it happen, and haven't heard of it from just people who are running such roms....just sayin...

this use to happen to me on stock sprint 6.5 all the time. seems like it only happened when i restarted the phone with 3.5mm headphones plugged in. its never happened afterd switching to energyrom 6.5 or 6.5.x
