how to put energy rom in Diag

okay i am working on getting the prl off of my phone.....now i have done this before using mighty rom but in energy rom it is not working....

the step i am trying to do reads like this
3. Put Mogul in Diag mode (dial ##3424#) if on a custom rom it can also be listed as DMR or DM Router i cant find any of that in energy rom

CAB to launch EPST / FieldTrial / DM Router / PRL update
