I need help from you cooks out there ! :)

Well i cooked my own ROM and i released it and there are some issues i have ...

THe first and main one is after flashing i have 3 folders in the start menu which are empty , how can i keep these folders from being created in the first place ? long ago i remember reading a thread on here and XDA about editing an XML file or something like that which gives the chef the option to configure where things are put (like which folder things are in) but i cant remember wheere this thread is

What are the names of these folders? Chances are, they are folders for some stock apps they you took out. The "initflashfiles.dat" file may have them or an XML file.
