TP2 Widget To Lock Phone and Turn Off Screen

Hi, Newbie here. Is there some sort of app that allows me to both lock the phone and turn off the screen at the same time by pressing a soft key? I am worried that the button on my phone will break, and thus render the phone useless.

Thanks!

Welcome!
You can probably change one of your softkeys on your display to lock your device.
Are you using the shipped rom or a custom?

I am running a standard Winmo 6.5 Sprint ROM. How would I do this?

1 Settings
2 Personal
3 Buttons

Select a button and what program you want.

I prefer xda Shutdown cab to reset or shutoff the phone.

Re: TP2 Widget To Lock Phone and Turn Off Screen

i wouldnt recommend being on the stock sprint 6.5 under any circumstance (stock 6.1 or a cooked rom with a 21916 6.5 build are much better choices) but if you insist on staying on this rom i remember that installing the 6.5 sprint tp2 tweaks cab found in the cleanup thread on the 2nd page of this forum now enables the lock to be on the bottom left softkey.
