how to update a rom

okay i am trying to upgrade to the newest stock sprint rom for the touch pro 2 and i am not quite sure how to do so can anyone help me with some instructions

Download the rom to your pc here:
ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/Touch%20Pro%20...60660_Ship.exe

Turn your phone off.
Push and hold volume down button and while holding volume down push and hold power button until bootloader shows.
Then connect to pc.
Then click on exe you downloaded to flash.
