Where did this battery icon come from ?

Does anybody know what package does the color battery icon at the lower right corner of today belong to ? I've no idea where it came from.

I don't know what the icon is for. If you go to settings-home-items, it will probably be listed as one of the (or the only) checked item for the Home screen.
