Screen is out need contacts
My screen is totally black. When I power it on it has sound and will sync to pc. How can I get to my contacts to get them off the phone with a black screen?

Not sure how to help u other then coping the file pim.vol to ur sdcard. to get to it click explore from active sync. that pim.vol file has all ur contacts

get the the free version of outlook and sync it that way

If you have another phone you can go to the Verizon store and have them transfer contacts for you, not sure about vzw but Sprint does it for free

Do you think you screen is broken and that's why it is black? i cracked my screen one time and couldn't use it so i got a program that controlled my phone from my computer once it is showing on your computer you would be able to do anything you needed including running PIM backup.
*EDIT* mymobiler is the name of the program.
