make sure your getting the right one for your phone. GSM or CDMA, wrong one and it will be a bad day for that phone.

i cant get any rom updates to work it always error at the begining and leave me at the boot screen. i lost my sim card from my phone could that be related i have sprint tp2

are you trying via PC?? if so try flashing from your SD card

Are you unlocked? Whats the error message say?
