Phone screen not working

My phone officially broke, the screen stopped working, however the rest of the phone functions perfectly. I am peeved because I am at college right now and I can't sync my phone with my mac (no outlook) and I can't get into microsoft myphone to sync my contacts because the screen isn't working. Is there any way you guys can think of to sync my phone without using the screen?

Also. I've got a bunch of new texts that show up..but that I cant check because of the lack of screen function. Is there any way to check those? I've been trying to use the keyboard and hardkeys but I can't access them.

Re: Phone screen not working

if u have myphone setup to sync automatically it will sync at the predetermined time so after that time hard reset to see if your scree works, if not call sprint to have it replaced. gosh its starting to seem like the tp2 is starting to rot like the tp.

Re: Phone screen not working

Mine did that before, the ONLY way it would work was if I took the battery out and put it back in... I had to take it in for a refurb.

I didnt' want to waste battery so I set it up as manual sync, but I am 40 miles from the nearest repair center with no car until monday

I've tried that, I keep soft-resetting too. I considered a hard reset but I do not want to lose my contacts.

Thanks for the advice so far!

I suggest you get MyMobiler here:

Or EveryWAN which will allow you access to your data on your PocketPC using a regular PC. I hope that helps.

Re: Phone screen not working

myphone doesn't consume much battery when its uploading simple data such as text messages and contacts and it usually syncsautomatically between 12am and 6am when ur sleeping (on a school night) and will most likely have it on the charger anyway
