skype for tp2

im so confused. is skype still available for windows mobile or not? skype says no but this guy sitting next to me at the airport says it still works even though he doesnt have it and he has a i love paris hilton t shirt on so i probably cant trust him anyway

I have it and it doesn't work. Most of my friends abroad also use ICQ so I chat with them via Parlingo. Can still place paid calls using Skype rates (Skype2Go). But as far as the free Skype-to-Skype voice call, it seems to have been killed on WinMob phones.

YES, SKYPE works.. VZW has a Skype Deal so fif it doesnt work on VZW or VZWs app doesnt work on Sprint-thats a whole diff thing, but the same cab ive used for like a year and a half now still works.. I call Australia 3x a week using it

Def still works for me, even tho the TP2 is not an official 'skype phone' with VZW. i picked up the cab from here and have been making skype calls from Japan for the last 3 weeks.

Works just peachy keep for me. Use it all over Europe on WiFi,,,, Just tested it here, but I see the Skype page has changed and refers to Verizon.. not WM.... hummm end of line for Sprint and Skype?

I do not see the new cab on my phone or PC... have one from my PC in 2008 (attached). If it uploads (5MB), maybe you can use it or upgrade in place... I think that is what I did once I had theis cab installed...

Works great for me, I've had since I got my TP2. Quality can be so-so depending on type of data connection - wifi is best, but I've actually used it on EVDO.
