HTC Peep Download Error
 

So today the twitter tab stopped updating. now when i try to download tweets it says

"Download Error: The account was forbidden to access the twitter server!"

I'm not sure what the issue is but it looks like some other phones (EVO, Hero) are experiencing some of the same problems. Is anyone able to update HTC Peep successfully? I made the mistake of logging out and back in and now no tweets show up at all, I can still tweet from the app but can't see anything on my timeline.

Same here, I can't log in through MoTweets either. At least I know it's not just me.

I'm having the same issue. Twitter will update from my phone but my timeline won't update.

So what do I do, sorry this is the first time I have been on this and what have you experienced with getting a fix?

wtf man. I can't update twikini or htc twitter tab.

This might be something that we have to wait out then. I can't access it through TouchTwit either, even after changing my password. Guess i'll switch to android and see if any of those apps work

Well, I did eventually get through on MoTweets, but not peep. I use MoTweets more anyway.

It is on Twitter's side, they made some changes to their authentication methods
