any ROMs that don't crash?

Are there any ROMs that don't crash? All I want in a stable ROM with some of the newer software. I like NGR ROM but no matter what version I flash it's unstable: resetting automatically, crashing after a voice all, etc...

Any other good suggestions. No fanboys please.

Thanks.

Re: any ROMs that don't crash?

been using NRG JUL.17 since it came out... no issues at all...

trial and error man..

your errors arent Our errors and Our errors arent yours.... never know what you have installed VS what we have installed, so you question really cant be answered... just try ROMs... its pretty easy...

Almost as easy making a Thread that 9000 other people have made Threads on..

I agree with boredandtattooed. Been running NRG for the last year and have always been happy. From what I hear, Vin makes a great ROM too.

One thing you may want to consider is what else you are running that may be causing the problem.

Also, I have found that a bad storage card can cause all kinds of crashes, slowness and instability. May want to look into that since you didn't mention it.

I'd go with Vin's rom, been the best for me, and most reliable.

Vins neodium rom is what I tell everybody to check out.

It's fast, rock solid and looks nice too.

Re: any ROMs that don't crash?

Used to run Mighty until he stopped dev on TP2. Now I'm running Neodium with no issues.

Check your cabs or install one-per-day to see if the trouble is there.

I don't know about the crashing after a voice call stuff..but if you are reseting automatically and its across all roms...even stock..do what I did and install a none Sprint Radio...I had reset issues on all roms and it was driving me crazy as I did EVERYTHING..then I just decided to try a different radio to see if it ups my speed (USC radio) and it never happened again..

Re: any ROMs that don't crash?

It's important to narrow down your problem to a software or a hardware issue. Switching roms is an excercise in futility if your TP2 is having hardware problems (let's face it, HTC was never accused of building durable slide-out phones).
